How to Take the Practice Tests

How to Take the Practice Tests

Each practice test in this book consists of 60 questions, and you should complete each test within 120 minutes. The number of questions and the time duration in the actual exam might vary but should be close to these numbers.

After you have read the material presented in the chapters of this book, you should take Practice Exam #1 to check how much you have learned. After the practice test is complete, evaluate yourself using the answer key in Chapter 18, "Answers to Practice Exam #1." When you evaluate yourself, note the questions you answered incorrectly, identify the corresponding chapters in the book, and then reread and understand that material before taking Practice Exam #2. After taking the second exam, evaluate yourself again and reread the material corresponding to any incorrect answers. Finally, take both tests again until you have correctly answered all the questions. The information presented in the following sections should help you prepare for the exams.
