Conclusion

Now we know the basis of RDBMSs. We still don't know how to tell any RDBMS to do anything, but that will be covered next chapter. The true test of programming skills is not syntax knowledge but a sound understanding of the concepts behind the code.

You always thought that database programming was just for geeks. Real geeks. Now that you see how it is done, you have to admit that it is less nerdy than you thought. (Good luck convincing anyone else!)
